Founder - Karen Eames

Karen was the visionary that start Segue. Her professional training is in design and project management. Karen has lived and worked in Seattle for over 25 years. Her background includes service for both private and public sector clients in the planning and design of large scale projects. Karen also spent eight years as managing director for a non-profit educational program in Seattle and has managed the fund raising events for a variety of non-profit organizations. She is married and has two sons.

Karen built Segue and handed the legacy on after extensive training. Karen shared her knowledge tips and secrets she learnt over the years with the Segue Management team, who now continue to uphold the high standards, expertise, delivering a first class service to its clients.
